We are seeking a highly driven and field-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand and strengthen our FMCG distribution footprint across the United Kingdom. This is a travel-intensive, performance-focused role aimed at building long-term partnerships with wholesalers, ethnic retailers, independent stores, and distribution partners while driving consistent month-on-month revenue growth.
The selected candidate will act as a strategic bridge between:
- UK customers
- The V EXFO-UK operations team.
The primary objective is to increase UK revenue through structured travel planning, strong relationship management, aggressive order generation, and disciplined account follow-up.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field
- MBA (Marketing / International Business) preferred
Required Experience:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or retail sales
- Prior exposure to UK wholesale, ethnic retail, or independent retail markets preferred
- Proven experience in field sales and territory management
- Experience handling distributors, wholesalers, and B2B customers
- Exposure to logistics coordination and route planning
- Demonstrated track record of achieving monthly or quarterly sales targets

- Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel proficiency.
- Field-oriented and comfortable with frequent travel (60–70%).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Relationship-building capability with a long-term business focus.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Territory Development & Travel Execution (60–70% Travel)
- Travel extensively across the UK to meet wholesalers, retailers, and distribution partners
- Conduct in-person meetings with customers and prospects if required.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Identify and onboard new retail and wholesale partners
- Map high-potential South Asian retail clusters across assigned territories
- Represent the company at trade meetings, exhibitions, and community business events
- Sales Growth & Order Generation
- Drive consistent month-on-month revenue growth
- Achieve defined monthly sales targets
- Reactivate inactive accounts and convert them into recurring customers.
- Increase order frequency and average basket size
- Promote fast-moving and high-margin SKUs
- Introduce new product launches to customers
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate delivery requirements
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain structured follow-up cycles for all assigned accounts
- Build long-term partnerships through relationship-based selling
- Address customer concerns, delivery issues, and account-related matters
- Ensure smooth order-to-delivery execution
- Provide regular customer health, pipeline, and revenue reports to management
- Internal Coordination
- Work closely with internal sales support & operations teams for:
- Lead generation
- Follow-up calls
- Order reminders
- Payment follow-ups
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for order planning
- Align with marketing teams for territory-specific promotions
- Maintain structured CRM and customer database records
- Market Intelligence & Strategic Contribution
