We are seeking a highly driven and field-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand and strengthen our FMCG distribution footprint across the United Kingdom. This is a travel-intensive, performance-focused role aimed at building long-term partnerships with wholesalers, ethnic retailers, independent stores, and distribution partners while driving consistent month-on-month revenue growth.

The selected candidate will act as a strategic bridge between:

  • UK customers
  • The V EXFO-UK operations team.

The primary objective is to increase UK revenue through structured travel planning, strong relationship management, aggressive order generation, and disciplined account follow-up.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field
  • MBA (Marketing / International Business) preferred

Required Experience:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or retail sales
  • Prior exposure to UK wholesale, ethnic retail, or independent retail markets preferred
  • Proven experience in field sales and territory management
  • Experience handling distributors, wholesalers, and B2B customers
  • Exposure to logistics coordination and route planning
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving monthly or quarterly sales targets
