Were looking for a Multi Skilled Electrician to join a team in Ashington on a permanent basis. This role is full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary: £37,292 per annum, OTE circa £43,000 per annum (including standby payments). About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Electrician to join a Property Maintenance and Construction Department. As a Multi Skilled Electrician you will be responsible for undertaking all electrical repairs and associated multi skilled repairs to both domestic and commercial properties to a high-quality standard whilst delivering excellent customer service. About You: To be successful in this role you will have experience of working within a domestic and commercial property maintenance and target driven environment. You will have excellent customer service skills in the delivery of your work, conversing with a wide range of people in the delivery of a first-class repairs service. For the technical bit, you will have a sound working knowledge of your trade discipline and exhibit sound knowledge of the wider building construction sector, understanding components, materials, building trades and applicable regulations.
