An experienced Quantity Surveyor is sought to join the team at their North East head office. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering affordable homes and contributing to the continued success of a well‑established business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cash flows, budgets, and valuations in line with company policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with Housing Associations, third‑party providers, and sub‑contractors.
- Assist in land appraisals, commercial reports, and KPIs.
- Ensure all expenditure aligns with commercial objectives and is reported accurately.
