Are you an experienced Financial Services professional who thrives at the intersection of Operations, Technology and Risk? We’re looking for a confident, engaging senior manager to help shape the future of our clients Savings function. You’ll lead and coordinate a wide portfolio of governance activity across Operations, IT, Change and external partners - ensuring strong customer outcomes, robust control environments, and clear decision‑making at senior levels.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and driving governance across Savings, Operations, Technology and outsourced providers
  • Chairing and facilitating IT Governance and Infrastructure Risk forums
  • Tracking regulatory, audit and operational performance, ensuring actions are delivered
  • Working cross‑functionally to identify customer, process and risk improvements
  • Managing supplier oversight and contract governance
