Job Title: Systems Administrator

Salary: up to £35,000

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join a growing IT team for one of our well respected clients. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience supporting users, managing Microsoft 365 environments and maintaining IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users across the business
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint
• Maintain and administer Active Directory and Entra
• Set up and manage Exchange mailboxes
• Administer security and endpoint management
• Set up and troubleshoot printers and related peripherals.
• Provide support for Wi-Fi and LAN network connectivity.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience in a similar Systems Administrator or IT Support role
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Teams
• Experience with Windows Server environments (preferably Windows Server 2022)

Desirable

• Experience with firewalls and general network administration
