Aimed at year 12 students with an interest in a career in commercial law, RISE, our two-year work experience programme, is designed to provide students with the necessary skills, networks and resources to accelerate their career in the legal sector.
The programme
- Be enrolled onto a two year development programme with the firm.
- Complete work shadowing with both our fee earning and business services teams.
- Get to know our clients with an insight day at their offices.
- Participate in a mock assessment centre.
- Receive specialist training from in house teams including early careers, learning & development and bids.
- Join our mentoring programme to develop your commercial acumen with our trainees and clients.
- Join us for your graduation day in our London office.
