The People and Culture department at Norton Rose Fulbright comprises Human Resources, Talent & Resourcing, Diversity & Social Impact, and Learning and Development.
The People Data Analyst supports the delivery of people reporting, data quality and HR systems activities across EMEA. Working closely with the People & Culture Data Lead, the role provides operational reporting support, maintains data accuracy, and assists with the production of workforce insights that help inform business decisions. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their data career who is looking to develop experience in HR systems, reporting, analytics and data governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and distribute scheduled workforce and HR reports.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests from stakeholders.
- Extract, validate and format data from Workday and other HR systems.
- Assist with producing diversity, recruitment and workforce metrics.
- Prepare data for surveys, benchmarking exercises and regulatory reporting.
- Support dashboard maintenance and updates.
- Perform routine data quality checks and audits.
- Identify data discrepancies and escalate issues as required.
- Support the maintenance of data definitions, reporting documentation and user guides.
- Provide first-line support for reporting and data-related queries.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes.
- Assist with automation and process simplification initiatives.
