The wider team is made up of several key practice areas, including derivatives, capital markets, securitisation/structured finance, and corporate trustee services. The derivatives team at Norton Rose Fulbright provides high-quality legal advice on a broad range of complex and cross-border derivatives transactions. The team acts for clients including financial institutions and investment banks, advising on products such as structured derivative transactions, structured repo transactions, repackagings (including SPIRE), structured notes, market-standard documentation, complex collateral structures, repos and securities lending, credit risk mitigation, insurance and alternative risk-transfer products, and Sharia-compliant structures.

We are currently looking to expand our team with the hire of a mid-senior level Derivatives Associate (although junior associate will be considered). This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative, highly motivated lawyer to work in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment within a leading global law firm. You will work alongside senior lawyers on a wide range of derivatives matters, advising on the negotiation and documentation of various derivative products, structured finance transactions, and regulatory matters. The role will also involve supporting clients in the development and execution of risk management strategies. You will engage in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal agreements, including ISDA master agreements, credit support documentation, and derivative trading agreements.
