The Commercial Disputes and Investigations team in London is a core part of our global disputes practice and a key area of strategic investment. We advise corporates, financial institutions and individuals on complex, high value and sensitive matters, often across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities:
- You will join the London Commercial Disputes and Investigations team, working closely with partners and senior lawyers on a broad mix of corporate investigations and white collar crime matters.
- The role has a particular focus on corporate investigations, while maintaining exposure to the wider white collar crime practice.
- Advising corporates, financial institutions and individuals on internal and regulatory investigations.
- Supporting significant and often high profile criminal and enforcement matters.
- Working closely with colleagues across jurisdictions on complex, cross border issues, including sanctions related matters.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years post qualification experience in investigations and/or white collar crime.
- Experience advising corporates, financial institutions and individuals on regulatory and criminal matters.
- Strong experience of internal investigations.
- Exposure to financial crime issues, including reporting obligations.
