The Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Practice Support Executive (PSE) to support 2-3 partners and the wider CTFS team. This role will provide high‑level, hands‑on support to partners and the associate team, working closely with clients, Business Development and wider support functions. The successful candidate will be a confident, solutions‑focused individual who enjoys managing complex workflows, takes ownership, and can work at pace with minimal escalation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing heavy, complex diaries with constantly changing priorities
  • Organising complex travel across multi-jurisdictions
  • Handling expenses, billing and disbursement queries
  • Managing matter openings end to end, including conflict checks and engagement letters
  • Acting as a confident, client‑facing point of contact
  • Working closely with BD, supporting marketing campaigns and client initiatives
  • Producing and amending documents as needed
