Overview

Finance Operations Executive | Newcastle | 12-month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities

  • Upload e-billing text/XML files into a variety of e-billing solutions.
  • Provide first-line support within the E-Billing Support Team to assist with/resolve issues relating to e-billing, including manipulation of text files.
  • Reporting and tracker management on a day-to-day basis.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, from receipt to completed upload of all invoices under remit.
  • Attend client calls and debt management meetings as required.
  • Review and continually update procedure notes based on client portfolio; provide advice and guidance for clients under remit.
  • Regularly review the failed/rejected e-billing tracker and assist in resolving issues promptly, escalating as required.
  • Prepare the e-billing tracker for review.
  • Assist with e-billing setups and timekeeper uploads as required.
  • Undertake further duties as directed by Revenue Team Leaders.

Skills and Experience

  • Team player with strong communication skills; ability to liaise at all levels.
  • Adaptable and able to complete tasks with limited supervision.
  • Self-motivated and dedicated to task completion.
  • Very good working knowledge of Excel; good knowledge of Word and Outlook; general familiarity with IT systems.
  • Ability to process e-bills is an advantage.
  • Very organized across multiple work streams.
  • Articulate and professional with a well-developed sense of discretion.
  • Flexible over hours and prepared to work occasional overtime, particularly at month-ends.
