Overview

The Commercial Disputes and Investigations team in London is a core part of our global disputes practice and a key area of strategic investment. We advise corporates, financial institutions and individuals on complex, high value and sensitive matters, often across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

  • You will join the London Commercial Disputes and Investigations team, working closely with partners and senior lawyers on a broad mix of corporate investigations and white collar crime matters.
  • The role has a particular focus on corporate investigations, while maintaining exposure to the wider white collar crime practice.
  • Advising corporates, financial institutions and individuals on internal and regulatory investigations.
  • Supporting significant and often high profile criminal and enforcement matters.
  • Working closely with colleagues across jurisdictions on complex, cross border issues, including sanctions related matters.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years post qualification experience in investigations and/or white collar crime.
  • Experience advising corporates, financial institutions and individuals on regulatory and criminal matters.
  • Strong experience of internal investigations.
  • Exposure to financial crime issues, including reporting obligations.
