We are a global law firm committed to delivering a robust and responsible digital transformation programme. We are looking for an AI Transformation Change & Adoption Manager to lead the design and implementation of change management and adoption strategies across our AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a change management and adoption framework for the AI transformation programme.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, project teams and end users to assess needs, expectations and readiness for change.
- Develop stakeholder maps and change impact assessments.
- Plan, design and deliver internal and external communications across diverse audiences.
- Create engagement and training strategies to promote awareness and adoption of AI solutions.
- Define and manage best practices and success measures, including ROI assessment and benefits realisation tracking.
- Contribute to project planning and delivery activities, such as business case development and solution assessment.
- Support the assessment of AI impacts on business model and workforce planning.
- Assist in prioritising AI opportunities across business services based on leadership priorities and market opportunities.
- Support EMEA and cross‑regional AI planning, outcomes, and impact analysis.
- Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis to inform AI strategy and direction.
- Educate colleagues on change management, adoption and communication principles and practices.
Key Skills and Experience
- Experience in large‑scale, complex, multi‑geographical transformation programmes (legal sector preferred).
- Strong presentation and writing skills for a variety of stakeholder audiences.
- Proficiency in developing and delivering communications across written, visual, web and face‑to‑face media.
- In‑depth knowledge of change communication and engagement best practices, including digital communication.
- Experience with change management, adoption and communication frameworks and methodologies.
- Understanding of project management approaches and tools.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Collaborative, flexible approach with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous and changing environments and able to act decisively.
- Motivated self‑starter with adaptability and pragmatism.
- Experience or strong interest in AI technology solutions and their value for the firm and clients.
