What are you going to do as a Technical Trainer? Facilitate interactive training sessions in accordance with performance standards Building the company\’s image and brand, promoting knowledge about NRF products and strengthening the company\’s position on the market by conducting technical and product training tailored to the needs of recipients Direct cooperation with car workshops and car parts distributors Car repair at the NRF workshop to gain experience, test NRF products and record technical content Completes ongoing brand study; complete other administrative duties according to performance standards Passion for the brand including the products, technology Support with writing and publishing a technical article, support with exhibitions in CIS Region and other regions, if necessary, discussing with Company distributors for improvement of technical activities, promote at the website Conduct market survey upon request from the company What do you bring as a Technical Trainer?
