About the job
The role involves executing all marketing communication activities for the UK and Ireland while developing and implementing a regional strategy tailored to these markets. Collaboration is essential, requiring close cooperation with the international marketing team and customer marketing teams, including distributors, to create and execute annual plans. Additionally, the position supports sales representatives and brand promoters, ensuring alignment with marketing initiatives. Working alongside the Technical department, the role also focuses on generating and sharing compelling content for workshops and mechanics to enhance engagement and knowledge-sharing within the industry.
What are you going to do as a Marketing Specialist
- Organize and execute marketing year plan with customers, including promotional campaigns.
- Create, write (or translate) and (re)post content for local social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Manage NRF presence through advertising via local media (online platforms and magazines).
- Posting news articles on NRF website.
- Sending monthly newsletters (using Mailchimp).
- Send out press releases to local media.
- Organizing NRF presence on trade shows and customer events.
- Be involved in local marketing projects (like sponsorships).
- Create or translate advertising material and flyers using Adobe software (mainly Adobe Photoshop and InDesign).
- Organizing distribution of merchandise.
What do you bring as Marketing Specialist
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or communications.
- Knowledge of Adobe design software (mainly InDesign) is preferred. NRF can also provide internal training.
- Willing to travel to customers and events in your region.

You will be in close contact with our local sales director, representative and technical trainer. You will meet with them regularly and travel with them to customers. You will be part of a global marketing team of 20 specialists
