This school provides exceptional support for students aged 6-19 with profound, moderate, and severe learning difficulties, including autism, ADHD, and complex medical needs. Your Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality teaching within an engaging and meaningful curriculum tailored to individual learners.

Lead and direct a team of classroom support staff to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Contribute to the school’s established and collaborative team environment.

Participate in physical interventions and personal care routines when necessary.

Ensure diligence and accuracy in assessing, reporting, and recording students’ progress.
The ideal candidate will:

Hold a PGCE, QTS, or an equivalent teaching qualification with evidence of in-service training.

Have working knowledge of Teacher Standards and SEN best practices.

Demonstrate experience with sensory-led curriculums and SEN learning.

Exhibit strong team collaboration and communication skills.

Be passionate about creating positive outcomes for children with complex needs.
