About the role
We're looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to run our organic social presence, create engaging social-first content, and keep our Shopify website fresh throughout the season. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and our external ad agency. The vast majority of our creative assets are produced in-house, so this is a genuinely hands-on production role — day-to-day work in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and DaVinci Resolve sits at the heart of it.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, create and schedule organic content across Meta channels (Facebook and Instagram), maintaining a content calendar aligned to seasonal campaigns and promotions.
- Create engaging, social-first content from scratch — graphics and short-form video — using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and DaVinci Resolve.
- Design creative assets for Meta ad campaigns, liaising with our external agency to ensure paid social and Google ads remain on-brand and relevant throughout the season.
- Monitor and engage with our online community — responding to comments, messages and reviews in the brand voice.
- Edit and retouch imagery for the website using Photoshop.
- Edit, grade and deliver video content for social channels using Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
- Track and report on social and website performance, using insights to shape future content.
What we're looking for - essential
- 2+ years' experience in a social media or digital marketing role (in-house or agency)
- Strong hands-on Adobe Creative Cloud skills — confident in Photoshop (retouching and preparing imagery for web) and Illustrator
- Proven experience editing short-form video in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve — comfortable taking raw footage through to finished, channel-ready edits
- A portfolio or showreel of assets you have personally created in these tools — we'll ask you to talk us through it at interview
- Experience of creating and scheduling organic content across Facebook and Instagram (Meta Business Suite or equivalent scheduling tools)
- Strong graphic design skills — able to produce on-brand static and video ad assets to Meta specs
- Confident copywriter with a feel for social-first tone
- Highly organised, able to manage a content calendar across multiple channels
- Enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude, comfortable pitching in across the business in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to paid social and search ads.
- Interest or experience in creating TikTok content
- Photography or content capture skills
- Familiarity with analytics
