We seek a confident, compassionate Support Worker to deliver person-centred care to men with complex needs, combining neurological, behavioural and mental health support in a safe, therapeutic environment.
You will work with nurses and colleagues to provide physical and emotional care, encourage independence, and help service users achieve personal goals in a supportive team setting.
