Cygnet Victoria House is seeking a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You’ll work 42 hours a week across day and night shifts at a 26-bed mental health inpatient service for men, helping with medical and welfare needs and supporting service users toward independence.
We offer competitive hourly pay (£13.15–£13.45 after probation), flexible overtime, coaching, supervision, discounts and Cycle to Work; successful candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check.
