This is a great opportunity for a Level 2 qualified Fitness Instructor, particularly someone who has recently qualified and is looking to develop their skills and progress towards becoming a Level 3 Personal Trainer.

What you’ll be doing

  • Welcoming and engaging with members
  • Providing gym inductions and helping members use equipment safely and effectively
  • Supporting members with their fitness goals
  • Maintaining high standards across the gym floor
  • Creating a friendly, positive and motivating environment
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day club operations
  • Helping to promote classes, services and membership benefits
  • Building strong relationships with our members and the local community

Your development

We want to help you build a long-term career in fitness. This role would suit someone who is Level 2 qualified and looking to progress to Level 3 Personal Trainer. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from an experienced management team, gain valuable hands-on experience and develop the skills and confidence required to progress your career. As NR Health & Fitness continues to grow, there are also opportunities to progress into Personal Training, Fitness Management and wider Club Operations for those who want to take their career further.

What we’re looking for

  • Level 2 qualified in Fitness Instructing
  • Friendly, energetic and self-motivated
  • Confident and comfortable engaging with members
  • Passionate about health and fitness
  • A great communicator with excellent people skills
  • Keen to learn and develop their career
  • Reliable and willing to be part of a team
  • Ideally interested in progressing towards a Level 3 Personal Training qualification

Previous experience isn’t essential — we’re particularly interested in people who have the right attitude, personality and ambition to develop within the role.
