NR Care is seeking a motivated, organised, and compassionate Field/Care Coordinator to support our Registered Manager and help us deliver high-quality, person-centred care across the community. This role is split between office duties and field work, so we are looking for someone confident both coordinating care and delivering it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field-Based Duties (50%)
  • Complete care calls when required
  • Carry out assessments and care plan reviews
  • Perform spot checks, field monitoring, and quality observations
  • Complete Live-in handovers with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Support Service Users in line with NR Care policies and CQC requirements
  • Office-Based Duties (50%)
    • Create and manage effective staff rotas
    • Support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth service delivery
    • Communicate clearly with staff, Service Users, and families
    • Ensure compliance with CQC fundamental standards
    • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision
    • Participate in the on-call rota on a rotational basis

    About You

    • Essential NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
    • Experience working in care, including some supervisory or senior duties
    • Good understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
    • Strong administrative, organisational, and IT skills
    • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
    • Desirable
    • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
    • Experience in domiciliary or residential care settings
    • Experience using electronic rostering systems (e.g., Care Planner, Access People Planner, etc.)
