Our client is a leading distributor business based in Deeside. They are looking for a Facilities Technician to work within a team to carry out maintenance activities for the upkeep of machinery, equipment, FLT's and buildings. Key duties: Follow maintenance schedules as outlined and make repairs and adjustments Troubleshoot by consulting blueprints, schematics, and other sources as necessary Respond to company's maintenance emergency needs and emergency calls for maintenance Reduce/minimize machine downtime to achieve performance measures Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues Report breakdowns for FLT fleet, including the new VOR process, liaise with Jungheinrich to ensure all servicing is carried out as per service schedule. Maintain key records for site compliance such as Waste consignment notes. Carry out Racking inspections as per SESS training. Core Competencies Knowledge of maintenance procedures, and the ability to troubleshoot Ideally experience working with Conveyor Belts, PLC's and Hydraulic and Pneumatics is an advantage however this is not essential Ability to lift heavy loads, ph...
