A growing and dynamic training organisation is seeking a Management Tutor to join its team. As a growing organisation, it has lots of development opportunities where funded qualifications are offered and further opportunities to progress to Team Leader or IQA. As a Management Tutor, your duties will include:
- Managing a caseload of around 45 learners in the Leeds and Newcastle areas.
- Tutoring Team Leading Level 3, Management Level 5, Customer Service & Business Administration Level 2 and Functional Skills.
- Identifying individual learner needs and setting and reviewing SMART targets on assessment plans.
- Working to the new standards and End Point Assessment.
To be a successful Tutor, you will have the following skills and experience:
- An Assessor qualification is essential (A1, D32, TAQA etc).
- You will need hands-on tutoring/assessing of Level 5 management qualifications.
- Must have worked for a training provider.
- Previous management experience is essential.
- Functional skills qualification would be preferable; if not, you will need to be prepared to complete (funded by provider).
Travel and hotel expenses covered.
