Our client is a leading B2B wholesale distributor of blank apparel for customisation, supplying 4,000+ styles across 120+ brands to printers, decorators and retailers across the UK & Europe.
What you'll do:
- Own order processing and day-to-day account support (including sensitive accounts)
- Handle inbound calls/emails and resolve queries quickly
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time delivery
- Keep meticulous records and meet KPIs (accuracy & call retention)
- Act as a key contact for Internal & Field Sales
