Ralawise is looking for a confident, creative and highly organised Marketing Executive to join their busy marketing team in Deeside. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a varied role at the heart of brand and customer engagement. You will support the delivery of engaging multi-channel marketing campaigns, create high-quality content, help manage website and email activity, and contribute fresh ideas that support key campaigns, product launches, events and wider business priorities. Working as part of a collaborative and commercially focused team, you will play an important role in helping to strengthen the Ralawise brand and deliver marketing activity that is creative, accurate, engaging and aligned with customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Create engaging, brand-led content for a range of platforms and audiences.
- Maintain website content and merchandising to ensure a polished and accurate online customer experience.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including audience selection, set-up, approvals, deployment and performance review.
- Contribute creative ideas for marketing assets, campaigns and promotional activity.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure marketing activity supports commercial priorities.
- Support the delivery of events, photoshoots and promotional initiatives.
- Monitor campaign and channel performance, using insight and analysis to help improve future activity.
- Maintain marketing systems, assets and processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and support the wider marketing team with energy and professionalism.
About you
- Solid practical experience in a marketing role, with a good understanding of both digital and offline channels.
- Confidence creating engaging content, supporting campaigns and managing multiple priorities in a busy commercial environment.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative, solutions-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering work to a high standard.
