About Your New Role
We're expanding our team and looking for a German-speaking Compliance and Service Analyst to support suppliers using NQC's platforms and to carry out essential compliance checks on their submitted information. You'll help suppliers understand and meet international ESG, sustainability, and human-rights standards while providing clear, friendly guidance to improve their compliance and overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing professional, multilingual support to external users via web chat, phone, and email, ensuring enquiries are handled promptly and to a high standard.
- Carrying out detailed compliance checks on supplier questionnaires and uploaded documentation, following NQC processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
- Taking ownership of your validation workload, meeting agreed targets and service levels while maintaining high-quality output.
- Guiding suppliers on how to improve their compliance with ESG, sustainability, and human-rights standards through clear, constructive feedback.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier or client issues that originate within the Service Delivery function.
- Managing your schedule within the team to ensure continuous support coverage and minimal disruption to user experience.
- Maintaining an up-to-date working knowledge of NQC's platforms, services, and workflows to deliver accurate information and effective support.
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken German and English (essential).
- Experience in a customer support, service delivery, audit, or compliance environment.
- Strong IT literacy, including Google Workspace / MS Office, with the ability to learn bespoke NQC systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support users and explain compliance requirements clearly.
- Strong time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to balance validation targets and live support enquiries.
- Confidence working with detailed information and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- The ability to manage conflicting demands and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work the team's core hours: 08:00 - 16:00.
