About your new role
Due to an exciting period of growth, NQC is looking for a Mandarin-speaking Compliance Analyst who will perform detailed validation checks on the uploaded documents of platform users.
This validation process is an integral part of the business and this is a frontline position to direct customers on how to improve their compliance to international ESG/Sustainability/Human Rights standards and legislation.
Key Responsibilities
As a Compliance Analyst you will be required to undertake the following responsibilities as part of your day to day activities:
- To take ownership of validations to ensure quality service for the platform user, ensuring that any changes or rectifications are actioned in a timely manner
- To follow NQC processes when validating a user questionnaire, ensuring a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- To take ownership of designated validation targets set by the team leader
- To provide professional validation support to all NQC Ltd users ensuring that all validations on the platform are handled professionally and within a timely manner, meeting SLAs
- To maintain an appropriate working knowledge of the NQC web based platform in order to offer the highest level of customer satisfaction
- To be successful for this role you will ideally meet these requirements
- Essential; Fluent (verbal and written) in both English and Mandarin.
- Desirable: Additional language skills within our wider supported languages - German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French or Japanese.
- Experienced in providing audit or compliance services to customers
- Be IT literate, competent in the use of MS Office/G Suite applications, plus capable of learning bespoke NQC systems
- Ability to deal with a demanding workload which may include conflicting demands
