We are growing the team - NQ64 Arcade Bar was born in Manchester’s Northern Quarter. We are bartenders first, arcade nerds second, and always obsessed with giving our guests a legendary time. Our bars are growing fast across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and manage daily inbound enquiries (email, phone, DMN and other avenues) for all 13 sites
- Coordinate bookings of up to 100 guests in London and 60 regionally
- Handle food orders, supplier relations, pre-orders, allergens and communication
- Gain post-event feedback and follow-ups from larger bookings
- Be the go-to for DesignMyNight admin and venue communications
- Manage lost property and general guest enquiries
- Handle shoot and dry hire enquiries
- Organise and lead client site visits
- Spot upselling opportunities and increase revenue where possible
- Keep reporting tidy and insightful - bring those ideas to the table in team meetings
- Support on big showcase events and busy venue days
- Venue showcases, networking events & trade shows
What You Bring:
- 1+ year of sales experience, ideally in hospitality or events
- Strong proactive sales skills
- Experience with Collins (DesignMyNight) is a big plus
- Sharp eye for detail and top-tier inbox game
- Excellent communicator – written and verbal
- A people person – internally with our venue teams and externally with clients
- Target-driven with a hunger to exceed goals
- Curious, creative, and always up for testing new ideas
