Summary
Pen Picture of the Person Requiring Assistance: I am a 49 year old lady living in Briton Ferry. I am chatty, friendly and have a good sense of humour. I have 4 children living with me (comprehensive school age and upwards), so the household can get hectic! I have a condition called cauda equina syndrome which is a spinal cord injury making mobility difficult. I can transfer independently, and no manual handling is required. I am looking for a PA to support me with personal care which includes getting washed and dressed and keeping my catheter entry point clean (I can change the bag myself). I would need the PA to apply creams and wraps to my legs as I suffer with lymphedema. I also require prompting with medication.
Tasks Include:
