An exciting opportunity to join our Engineering department has arisen where you will play a key role in the delivery of education to future Mechanical Engineers. This role can also provide you with worthwhile experience if you wish to pursue a career in teaching at a later stage.

Salary: Scale 5, Points 25-28, £32,241 - £34,720 per annum.

Hours: 37 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends).

Contract: Full time, permanent.

About you: You will need to hold a Level 3 qualification in relevant discipline (NVQ or equivalent) and have relevant experience along with level 2 qualifications in Maths and English and be IT Literate to level 2. Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements are essential.

Sickness benefits here are generous, and staff are also provided with free access to independent occupational health, the Employee Support Helpline, a 24-hour life management and personal support helpline. The College also employs a dedicated Health and Wellbeing Co-ordinator, who provides support and organises very popular events across the Group, as well as providing access to a variety of free wellbeing resources. There is free car parking at all of our main colleges as well as bike storage, and if you are based in the South we can also offer a 10% discount at the Lilliput Day Nursery in Neath.
