As CEO you would be responsible for providing inspirational, visible and values-led leadership across NPTC Group of Colleges, with overall accountability for the Group’s strategic direction, organisational performance, financial stability and reputation. You would lead the Executive team in fostering an inclusive, high performing culture where learners and staff can thrive, ensuring high quality, future focussed education aligned to regional and national priorities.
As the Group's principal ambassador, you would continue to build strong partnerships with employers, stakeholders, MEDR and Welsh Government, positioning the Group as an innovative, socially responsible and high performing provider that makes a significant contribution to economic, social and community wellbeing.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and have professional credibility to operate as an Accounting Officer with responsibility for public funds. Significant and successful leadership within a large complex organisation, ideally in an education environment or similarly regulated environment is essential along with a proven track record of setting and delivering a clear strategic vision. You will have strong experience of managing public funding and operating within regulated and inspected frameworks, and accountable governance frameworks, including effective engagement with Boards and governing bodies. You will be a values driven, resilient leader with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to build effective partnerships.
