Join the NPTC Group of Colleges as an Associate Lecturer (Band C) based at Neath College. This role involves teaching within your subject area, with annualised teaching hours of 417.5‑536, including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends. The position is fractional, fixed term until 21 March 2027, or until the postholder returns, whichever is sooner.
Salary & Compensation
Associate Lecturer scales 1–4: £26,387‑£31,140 per annum pro rata. Main Grade scales 1‑UP1: £33,596‑£48,289 per annum pro rata (for qualified lecturers).
Qualifications
- A teaching qualification (training may be provided).
- A level 6 qualification (degree or equivalent) in the subject area.
- Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent).
- IT literacy at least at level 2.
