Band C. Annualised hours: 417.5 – 536. Permanent part-time.

Salary: associate lecturer scale 1-4 £25,372‑£29,942 pro rata; main grade scale 1‑UP1 £32,304‑£46,432 pro rata (qualified lecturers).

About you

Candidates must have a level 6 qualification in a relevant discipline and have relevant experience. You must have a level 2 qualification in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) and Level 3 ESOL/EFL/TESOL/TEFL/TESL/CELTA/DELTA or equivalent. Candidates must also hold a teaching qualification (training provided) and be IT literate equivalent to level 2. Excellent knowledge and understanding of second language acquisition and techniques for teaching English is essential.
