Ynglyn â chi: Bydd angen i chi feddu ar gymhwyster Lefel 3 (NVQ/QCF neu gyfwerth) mewn disgyblaeth berthnasol a phrofiad diwydiannol perthnasol ynghyd â Dyfarniad Asesydd. Mae angen cymwysterau lefel 2 mewn Mathemateg a Saesneg ar ymgeiswyr a bod yn hyddysg mewn TG hyd at lefel 2.

Mae Grwp Colegau NPTC wedi bod yn addysgu cenedlaethau’r dyfodol ers dros 90 mlynedd, a chredwn fod cymwysterau a hyfforddiant yn allweddol i lawer o lwybrau gyrfa gwerth chweil. Gyda’n staff addysgu hynod gymwys a’u cyfoeth o wybodaeth am ddiwydiant wrth law, byddwn yn agor y drws i ddyfodol llwyddiannus a llawn boddhad. Mae myfyrwyr wrth wraidd popeth a wnawn, ac rydym am iddynt ein gadael wedi cael mwy nag addysg yn unig.
Pam y dylech chi weithio i ni? Yn ogystal â chyflogau cystadleuol, mae ein cynlluniau pensiwn ymhlith y gorau sydd ar gael. Caiff y rhain eu gweinyddu drwy’r Cynllun Pensiwn Llywodraeth Leol neu’r Cynllun Pensiwn Athrawon ac maent yn darparu pensiynau sy’n cynyddu bob blwyddyn yn unol â chwyddiant. Rydym yn cyfrannu o leiaf £10 i'ch pensiwn, am bob £100 rydych chi'n ei ennill.
Mae'r lwfans gwyliau yn ardderchog o flwyddyn 1. Mae gennych 28 diwrnod o wyliau y flwyddyn, yn codi i 32 yn dilyn 5 mlynedd o wasanaeth, a gan ein bod yn cau’r Coleg am hyd at 5 diwrnod dros y Nadolig, mae hyn yn golygu hyd at 5 diwrnod o wyliau ychwanegol. Gyda’r 8 diwrnod o wyliau cyhoeddus/banc ar ben hyn, gallech elwa o 41 diwrnod o wyliau blynyddol. Dyma yw cydbwysedd bywyd-gwaith!
Mae gennym ystod o opsiynau gweithio hyblyg posibl ar gael gan gynnwys gweithio ystwyth, absenoldebsabathola rhannu swydd, lle mae'n diwallu anghenion y Coleg. Mae buddion salwch yma yn hael, ac mae staff hefyd yn cael mynediad am ddim at iechyd galwedigaethol annibynnol, y Llinell Gymorth i Weithwyr, llinell gymorth rheoli bywyd a chymorth personol 24 awr. Mae’r Coleg hefyd yn cyflogi Cydlynydd Iechyd a Llesiant penodedig, sy’n darparu cefnogaeth ac yn trefnu digwyddiadau poblogaidd iawn ar draws y Grwp, yn ogystal â darparu mynediad i amrywiaeth o adnoddau llesiant rhad ac am ddim.
Mae maes parcio am ddim ym mhob un o’n prif golegau yn ogystal â lle i storio beiciau, ac os ydych wedi’ch lleoli yn y De gallwn hefyd gynnig gostyngiad o 10% ym Meithrinfa Ddydd Lilliput yng Nghastell-nedd.
