Scale 2, Points 14 - 16, £25,949 - £25,949 per annum equivalent to £11,221 - £11,221 per annum. 16 hours per week (including evening and weekends, and occasional early mornings)
About You:
Candidates should possess a level 2 qualification in Customer Service (NVQ or equivalent) and have relevant experience. You should hold a level 2 qualification in both English and Mathematics (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate equivalent to level 2.
