Are you organised and methodical? Then why not apply to join our administration team within the Business Support department at NPTC Group of Colleges. 37 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends). Contract: Permanent, full time.

About you: Ideally you will have a level 4 qualification in Business Administration (HNC or equivalent), and relevant experience. Candidates must hold a level 2 qualification in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate to Level 2 (with working knowledge of MS Word and Excel). Experience of managing procedures and co‑ordinating staff is essential.

Sickness benefits here are generous, and staff are also provided with free access to independent occupational health, the Employee Support Helpline, a 24‑hour life management and personal support helpline. The College also employs a dedicated Health and Wellbeing Co‑ordinator, who provides support and organises very popular events across the Group, as well as providing access to a variety of free wellbeing resources. There is free car parking at all of our main colleges as well as bike storage, and if you are based in the South we can also offer a 10% discount at the Lilliput Day Nursery in Neath.
