About you:
Ideally you should possess a minimum of level 3 qualification (NVQ or equivalent) in Catering and Hospitality, have relevant industrial experience and hold a teaching qualification (training provided). You should also hold a level 2 qualifications in Maths and English and be IT literate equivalent to level 2. Assessor/Verifier Awards would be advantageous.

We contribute at least £10 into your pension, for every £100 you earn. The holiday allowance is excellent right from year 1. You have 46 days per year of holiday, and as we close the College for up to 5 days over Christmas, this means up to an additional 5 days of leave. With the 8 days of public/bank holidays on top of this, you could benefit from 59 days of annual leave as a Lecturer. This is work‑life balance!
We have a range of potential flexible working options available including sabbatical leave and job share, where it meets the needs of the College. Sickness benefits here are generous, and staff are also provided with free access to independent occupational health, the Employee Support Helpline, a 24‑hour life management and personal support helpline.
