An exciting opportunity to join our Construction and the Built Environment department. You will play a key role in the delivery of education to future plasterers. 37 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends). Contract: Full time, permanent.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high‑quality instruction in plastering techniques and safety.
  • Prepare lesson plans and assessment materials.
  • Provide feedback and support to students.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

About you:

You will need to hold a Level 3 qualification in Advanced Craft Certificate in Plastering (NVQ or equivalent), have relevant industrial experience, Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English, be IT literate to level 2, and have essential knowledge of Health and Safety requirements. To be based at Neath College.
