Duration: Part time, fixed term – 18-month contract

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to play a key role in promoting inclusive learning and supporting learner success. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with learners, families, and staff to enhance engagement, independence, and participation across the College.

Scale 4, Points 21 - 24, £29,209 - £31,455 per annum, pro rata, equivalent to £23,682 - £25,504 per annum. 30 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends).

About you:

  • Ideally you will have a level 5 qualification (HND or equivalent), and experience of delivering workshops, training sessions or learner engagement activities.
  • Candidates must hold a level 2 qualification in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate to Level 3 (including experience of using MS Office applications and MS Teams).
  • Experience of working in a library or teaching setting would be advantageous.
