Neath Port Talbot Council is seeking an Engagement Officer to join the Connect to Work, Employability Support Team within the NPT Employability team. You will promote and support enrolment onto the Connect to Work Programme and deliver engagement activity plans using project management techniques.
The role requires strong partnership working across NPT Employability, external partners and Health Authorities, with experience in working with participants who have diverse support needs.
