The control and direction of the pedestrians when gathered.
The stopping of traffic when necessary.
Supervision of the pedestrians when crossing.
The reporting of matters connected with the duties.
Qualifications Previous experience working with road safety issues.
Previous experience working with members of the public – both children and adults.
No formal qualifications required; full training will be provided.
Skills Ability to communicate with others.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Ability to work to strict times and guidelines.
