NPTCBC is seeking an Employment Mentor to join the Tata Employment Support Team within the NPT Employability team. The role focuses on supporting participants facing redundancy from Tata Steel, Contractors and the supply chain, to source employment and training opportunities and achieve sustainable work.
You will manage a caseload, build positive relationships, and liaise with Employers, Colleagues, Training Providers and Employability Partners to guide participants toward timely and suitable opportunities.
