Neath Port Talbot Council is seeking a Visitor Services Manager for Yr Aelwyd, Port Talbot's refurbished theatre, cultural and conferencing venue. You will lead a diverse team of Duty Managers, Box Office staff, bar staff and more to deliver a welcoming, safe and enjoyable visitor experience.
The role requires overseeing staffing, rostering, recruitment, and day-to-day venue operations, with evenings and weekends as part of the role, and close coordination with partners to meet the theatre's needs.
