We are looking for an organised and motivated person to join our school office team as an administration and organisation officer. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to deliver a wide range of administration, financial and organisational functions that support the effective running of the school. We are looking for someone with outstanding communication skills, strong attention to detail, exceptional time management, and the ability to manage competing priorities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the continued success of Tywyn Primary School.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing a wide range of school administrative processes, ensuring accurate record keeping, information management and compliance with school procedures.
- Providing financial and payroll administration support.
- Delivering excellent customer service, interacting with pupils, parents, staff and governors in a professional manner.
- Supporting the organisation of school events, educational visits and the use of school facilities.
The successful candidate will ideally have.
- Experience of working within an office / school environment
- ICT competent, with knowledge of systems such as SIMS, VISION / I-TRENT, and Microsoft packages
- Experience of dealing with members of the public
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
