Based at: Ysgol Hendrefelin, Bryncoch, Neath SA10 7TY
You will be expected to have knowledge of the requirements in relation to preparation and cooking in large, as well as small numbers of meals for children.
You should also understand the relative application of cooking processes, HACCP, and comply with all Food Safety and Health and Safety Regulations and work to a high standard.
You should possess City and Guilds 706/1 and 2 or equivalent NVQ Level 2 or 3 Award in professional Catering or relevant experience. Also a Level 3 Award in Food Safety in Catering or equivalent.
Own transport is required for this post, which qualifies for the Council's casual car user allowance.
