Permanent 15 hours per week, Term Time Only, increasing as the school role increases
You will be expected to have knowledge of the requirements related to preparation and cooking in both large and small numbers of meals for children.
You should also understand the application of cooking processes, HACCP, and comply with all Food Safety and Health and Safety Regulations, working to a high standard.
You should possess City and Guilds 706/1 and 2 or equivalent NVQ Level 2 or 3 Award in professional Catering or relevant experience. Also, a Level 3 Award in Food Safety in Catering or equivalent.
