Location: Gnoll Primary School. Salary: £12.65-£12.85 per hour. Contractual hours: 10 hours basis, full time. Term time only – 2 hours per day (1 hour in the morning, 1 hour in the afternoon).
Responsibilities
- The gathering of school pedestrians in preparation for road crossing.
- The control and direction of the pedestrians when gathered.
- The stopping of traffic when necessary.
- Supervision of the pedestrians when crossing.
- The reporting of matters connected with the duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with road safety issues.
- Previous experience working with members of the public – both children and adults.
- No formal qualifications required; full training will be provided.
Skills
- Ability to communicate with others.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work to strict times and guidelines.
