About the role:

We are currently looking for a Prevention Housing Options Officer to join our team. The post holder will be required to provide all households that present in housing need with appropriate, accurate and timely advice information and assistance; and take reasonable steps to help prevent those threatened with homelessness from becoming homeless and help households to secure suitable alternative accommodation.

About you:

It is essential that the post holder has experience of providing a front-line homelessness service and working knowledge of Homelessness legislation and good practice. Please note you must possess minimum qualifications of 4 GCSE’s Grade A-C or equivalent.
