The Governors of Waunceirch Primary School are seeking a reliable and organised Level 3 Administrative Officer to support the ALNCo (Additional Learning Needs Coordinator) in delivering effective provision for pupils with additional needs.

The role will involve providing high-quality administrative support, including:

  • Typing and formatting meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with the coordination of documentation related to pupils’ needs

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work sensitively and confidentially within a busy school environment.

In addition, the role may include general office duties such as:

  • Answering telephone enquiries
